Age requirement

FamChat is for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it and their data.

We may share data if legally required, or to protect safety and prevent fraud.

Business changes

If we're bought or merge with another company, your data may transfer. We'd let you know.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide our service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days (unless law requires us to keep it longer).

• Users must be 13 or older to create an account
• If we learn a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data
• Parents can use parental controls to monitor users aged 13-17
• We don't show targeted ads to any users

11. Third-Party Services

The app connects to services with their own privacy policies (App Store, Google Play, etc.). We're not responsible for their practices, so check their policies too.

We send push notifications for:

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. For big changes, we'll give you 30 days' notice. Keep using FamChat after changes means you accept them.
