What is FamChat?
FamChat is a family-friendly AI chat app with built-in parental controls. It lets families chat with AI while giving parents visibility and control over their children's conversations.
How do I add family members?
Go to your Family tab and tap "Invite Member". You can share the invite link with family members who can then join your family group.
How do parental controls work?
Parents can set content filters, enable/disable AI features, and set downtime schedules for child accounts. View and manage these in each child's profile settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your FamChat subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
What age is FamChat for?
FamChat is for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the app.
